We are a growing landscape company specializing in design and sustainable practices. Our services include landscape design, maintenance, consulting, and installation. We are seeking a dependable, skilled plant specialist to join our team in a part-time contract role, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to expand. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality landscape work and enjoys working outdoors. The right candidate will be hardworking, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to learning and growing. Experience in the field with planting, irrigation, and maintenance is preferred. Willing to train enthusiastic, reliable candidates who are eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of field experience. Professional certification or a degree in horticulture. Strong plant identification knowledge. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Planting Pruning Fertilizing Drip irrigation setup and repairs. Supporting landscape installation and maintenance projects. Assisting with the care and health of designed landscapes.

Compensation and Growth Compensation:

$20-$35 Contract position. Part-time schedule to start. Flexible schedule. Opportunity for growth into a full-time position as the company grows.
