Labor Hand - 1099 Fx3 Management LLC Longmont, CO Job Details Contract $18 - $22 an hour 9 days ago Qualifications Some college Outdoor work experience Driver's License Driving Agriculture Full Job Description Job Overview Fx3 Management is seeking contracted labor hands to relieve our Operations staff for routine weekend (Saturday and Sunday availability required) tasks, primarily farm and livestock feeding, along with lawn care, general light maintenance and site upkeep. This is a great opportunity for high school/college students or employed individuals seeking flexible weekend hours to supplement their primary source of income. This role will be based on-site at our Longmont, CO location. We are targeting up to fifteen hours per week per individual; work hours are negotiable and we have multiple weekday and weekend shifts available. Sign-up sheets for available shifts are provided on a monthly basis. Additional hours are generally available upon request. Responsibilities Perform a variety of general labor and routine maintenance tasks under direct supervision Perform routine animal and livestock care tasks, including but not limited to feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, and administering simple medications Assist with general site care and light maintenance tasks Safely and efficiently operate Company machinery and equipment as able/needed; training by Operations staff is available as needed Perform other related duties and special projects as requested Requirements and Qualifications Punctual attendance required Valid US driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record required Physical Requirements Work conditions may include prolonged exposure to cold or hot temperatures, native wildlife, site safety compliance, standing, and carrying, pushing and/or pulling loads up to 50 lbs and/or in excess of 50 lbs. with assistance, and climbing ladders Routine travel to Company work site in Longmont, CO required This role operates under a 1099 Contract Agreement.
