Role Description The Cultivation Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in Bear, DE. This role supports all daily plant care activities, including watering, pruning, trellising, transplanting, and monitoring plant health throughout the growth cycle. The Cultivation Tech will help mix and apply nutrients as directed, record data on plant performance, and report any issues such as pests, disease, or equipment malfunctions. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and sanitary grow environment, following strict standard operating procedures, and complying with all safety and regulatory guidelines. The role requires working closely with the cultivation team, following schedules, using basic cultivation tools and equipment, and assisting with harvest, trimming, drying, and packaging tasks as needed. Qualifications Foundational knowledge or strong interest in plant biology, horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation, with a willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions. Ability to perform hands-on tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in controlled environments with strict cleanliness standards. Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping skills, and reliability in following standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Effective teamwork, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to take direction and work independently when needed. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cultivation, greenhouse work, or related production environments is preferred but not required. Comfort working in a regulated cannabis facility, meeting all applicable background, compliance, and safety requirements under state law.
