Job Description We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist IV

•Structured Loan and Agency Servicing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in syndicated and bilateral loan servicing, interest and fee accruals, and client communication and a proven ability to execute complex loan lifecycle events accurately and on time while maintaining data and cash reconciliation integrity .

Responsibilities:

Initiate loan activity including fundings, repricings, and payments in accordance with credit agreements and client instructions. Calculate and track complex interest and fee accruals across changing lender distributions and rate levels. Reconcile daily funding and payment activity to statements and ledgers to account for all cash transactions. Read and interpret complex legal credit agreements and related documentation, partnering with attorneys when applicable. Initiate and reconcile automated funds movements per client and lender instructions. Monitor and escalate past due exceptions and breaks for principal, interest, and fees to ensure accurate accounting and timely invoices. Maintain margin changes and communicate updates to the bank group. Respond to information requests from Clients, Business Partners, Middle Office, and Lenders. Monitor control reports and update applicable comments. Participate in system testing as needed, including during non-business hours. Assist with administrative tasks associated with Credit Agreement terms. Perform quality control on new deals, restructures, and amendments by validating credit agreement interpretation and system setup accuracy. Back up team members and support special projects or other assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills with client service orientation. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability with the ability to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage concurrent assignments in an organized and efficient manner with attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. General to intermediate accounting knowledge. Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills:

Experience reading and interpreting syndicated loan documentation or related legal documentation. Prior internship or relevant loan operations experience. Role Logistics Work location is on-site in Newark, DE. In-office presence is 5 days per week. Work schedule is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with potential overtime at quarter ends. Interview process is one panel round via Zoom. Role is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support. Conversion eligibility after 6 months. Why BCforward?
