Job Description
Summary We're looking for an experienced Commercial Irrigation Service Technician to maintain and repair irrigation systems at commercial properties across Florida. This role works independently across a portfolio of commercial accounts. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair irrigation issues, including leaks, broken heads, valve failures, wiring problems, and controller errors Perform scheduled service calls, inspections, and preventive maintenance on commercial accounts Troubleshoot and repair pumps, backflow prevention devices, and controllers Keep systems compliant with local water management district restrictions (SFWMD, SJRWMD, SWFWMD) Maintain accurate service records for parts, labor, and site notes What You'll Need 2+ years of hands-on commercial irrigation service/repair experience Solid knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulics, and controller programming Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Nice to Have Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester certification Irrigation Association Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) credential
