We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Farm Hand / General Laborer to join our team. This role focuses on the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a working farm and does not involve horse care or "cowboy" work . The ideal candidate will have experience with livestock, be comfortable working outdoors year-round, and be able to safely operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

Feed, water, and monitor the health and well-being of cattle Maintain, repair, and construct fences and farm structures Perform general repairs, including light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment (loaders, dozers, excavators, skid steers, etc.) Conduct routine maintenance on buildings, machinery, and equipment Assist with groundskeeping and general property upkeep Work outdoors in all types of Florida weather conditions

Requirements:

Experience working with livestock Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Strong work ethic and reliability Comfort working outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license This is a hands-on, physically active position supporting the daily functioning of the farm. It is not a horse-grooming or cowboy-style role. Hours are 7am - 5pm M-F with some weekends. During hay season hours are extended. Pay starts at 20 to 23 per hour, depending on experience.
