Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Irrigation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of irrigation systems to ensure optimal landscape health and water efficiency. Your expertise will help clients achieve lush landscapes while promoting sustainable water management practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on new irrigation system installation projects, perform routine maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about irrigation technology, possesses strong mechanical and electrical diagnostics skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties Install new irrigation systems, including piping, controllers, sprinklers, and automated control components, ensuring precise setup and functionality Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of existing irrigation equipment to prevent issues and optimize performance Troubleshoot system problems using electrical diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and system troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes Repair or replace faulty irrigation equipment such as valves, controllers, pumps, and sprinkler heads with efficiency and accuracy Perform excavation tasks for system installation or repair projects while adhering to safety standards and best practices Manage irrigation systems in landscaping projects by coordinating with clients to meet their watering needs and landscape goals Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience working with irrigation equipment and systems Proven expertise in new irrigation system installation projects from start to finish Knowledge of landscaping principles to integrate irrigation solutions seamlessly into outdoor environments Electrical diagnostics skills for troubleshooting controllers, wiring issues, and automated control systems Familiarity with automated irrigation control systems for efficient water management Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about system operation and maintenance needs Ability to manage irrigation systems efficiently to ensure proper watering schedules and system performance Proficiency in irrigation maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, adjusting heads, and testing system components Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely for various installation and repair tasks Join our team as an Experienced Irrigation Technician if you're eager to make a tangible impact on landscape health through innovative water management solutions!
