We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Care Specialist to join our team and help us keep our clients' properties looking their best year-round.
Job Summary:
As a Property Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance with a focus on watering, irrigation checks, and minor repairs. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and solving small problems on the spot. Pay Based on
Experience Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled property visits to inspect and maintain landscape health Water plants, trees, and turf areas as needed Check and adjust irrigation systems for proper function Perform basic irrigation repairs (e.g., replacing sprinkler heads, fixing leaks) Report major issues to supervisors or the irrigation manager Keep detailed notes and records of maintenance activities Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients as needed both verbally and in writing
Qualifications:
Prior experience in landscaping or irrigation preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs Strong attention to detail and reliability Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Work independently
