Facilities Manager Position Summary Seamark Ranch is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Ranch Hand to support the upkeep and daily operations of our 465-acre campus. This role involves hands-on work in property maintenance, animal care, landscaping, and assisting with facility maintenance and various projects across the Ranch. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, take pride in their work, and align with Seamark Ranch's mission to provide a Christ-centered environment for children and families in need. Key Responsibilities Assist with groundskeeping duties: mowing, trimming, weeding, and general landscape upkeep Perform routine maintenance and repairs: fence mending, trail clearing, painting, etc. Assist with facility and infrastructure maintenance and construction.

Support animal care:

feeding, cleaning pens/stalls, and maintaining livestock areas Help with gardening and agricultural projects (planting, watering, harvesting) Clean and maintain workspaces, tools, and equipment Assist during Ranch events, special projects, or volunteer days Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized environment Requirements Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate hand/power tools safely Reliable transportation to and from the Ranch Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and work independently or on a team Must pass Level 2 background checks (DCF and MVR, if applicable) Preferred Qualifications Experience in general labor, landscaping, agriculture, or ranch work Familiarity with basic livestock care and small farm operations Commitment to the mission and values of Seamark Ranch Compensation Hourly wage based on experience Part-time, non-benefited position About Seamark Ranch Seamark Ranch is a Christ-centered residential care community for children in need, located on a working ranch in Northeast Florida.
