Farmhand / Field Worker (Full-Time) We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our well-established avocado grove . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Planting, watering, fertilizing, and caring for avocado grove and residential area on farm Pruning, trimming, and weeding grove areas General maintenance of the avocado grove Loading, unloading, and moving plants, trees, soil, mulch, and other materials Keeping the exterior property clean, organized, and well maintained Qualifications Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to safely lift heavy plants, bags of soil, and other materials Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to work independently and maintain productivity Experience in nursery work, landscaping, farming, horticulture, or agriculture is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Compensation & Benefits Full-time position $16.50-$18.50 per hour , based on experience
