Position Overview We're looking for a skilled and dependable Irrigation Technician who can take ownership of installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and/or commercial irrigation systems. This role requires someone who can diagnose issues quickly, communicate clearly with customers, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, drip systems, controllers, valves, etc.) Troubleshoot system issues, including leaks, electrical faults, and pressure problems Perform seasonal services such as system start-ups, winterizations, and inspections Program and adjust irrigation controllers for optimal water efficiency Identify opportunities for system improvements and communicate recommendations to customers Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Accurately document work completed and materials used Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on irrigation experience Strong understanding of irrigation systems, components, and troubleshooting Experience with common brands/controllers (e.g., Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro) preferred Ability to read plans/blueprints is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to [50 lbs] Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional with customers What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't cut corners A self-starter who can manage their time without constant oversight Clear communicator who can represent the company well with clients Willingness to step in and support the team when needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience PTO / Holidays Opportunities for growth as the company expands How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your irrigation experience.
