What We're Looking For:

Plant Passion:

You have a genuine love for plants and a solid understanding of different species, care techniques, and Florida landscaping needs.

Experience Advantage:

Previous experience in a nursery, garden center, landscaping, or horticulture is a huge plus!

People Person:

You have excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy connecting with people.

Can-Do Attitude:

You're energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to tackle any task with a smile.

Physical Stamina:

You're comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Weekend Warrior:

You're available to work weekends and during our busy seasonal periods.
