Responsibilities Plant, prune, fertilize, and maintain trees Perform general weeding and grounds maintenance Assist with daily tree farm operations and upkeep Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work as part of a supportive team to complete tasks efficiently Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Ability to pass a drug test Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks No prior experience required — training is provided This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in horticulture and agriculture.
