Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as needed Responsibilities Assist with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining tractors, harvesters, and other farm machinery. Perform routine inspections, oil changes, and part replacements. Maintain a clean and organized workshop area. Help with ordering parts and keeping maintenance records up to date. Adhere to safety regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
