Irrigation Technician Role As an Irrigation Technician, you will work independently to assess residential and commercial irrigation systems using our standardized assessment processes while diagnosing and repairing system issues. Irrigation Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems Audit systems for leaks, malfunctions, and water-efficiency opportunities Install new irrigation system components, smart controllers, and advanced irrigation technology Repair, upgrade, and expand existing irrigation systems Communicate professional recommendations to clients for repairs and improvements Evaluate residential and commercial systems using Conserva's standardized assessment procedures Complete work orders accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of workmanship Use a company-provided tablet to document work performed, materials used, and recommendations in our CRM Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked Work independently while collaborating effectively with other technicians and office staff Benefits and Compensation $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Performance-based bonus opportunities Support and training for industry certifications from the Irrigation Association Company vehicle with industry-leading tools and field tablet for work use Paid Time Off Potential advancement into Senior Technician and Field Manager roles as the business grows Qualifications Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to explain findings, present repair options and estimates, and obtain customer approval before beginning work Great attitude with a desire for growth Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred:

2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency

Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) or Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA) from the

Current Georgia low-voltage contractor license

Pay:
