The Role We're looking for a reliable part-time farm worker to support cacao and coffee maintenance, seasonal crop care, and general farm upkeep. You'll be working alongside a small crew and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

NOTE:

This position is intended to lead to full-time for the right person. About the Work Day to day you'll be maintaining cacao and coffee plants, supporting seasonal crops through their cycles, and keeping the farm itself in good shape including trails, fencing, equipment, and grounds. Valid Hawaiʻi driver's license required . You'll need to be comfortable working at heights and on ladders and able to lift 50+ lbs throughout a shift. Farm experience is a plus but not a requirement. We'll train the right person. Shifts run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8am to 4:00pm. Starting $16-18/hr paid weekly. Leading to a potential Full-Time opportunity with benefits.
