You will be responsible for supporting our farm maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of safety and productivity. Responsibilities Operate farm machinery and tools (weed whacker) Job specifically includes maintenance activities Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting Cacao, pineapple, banana other tropical crops Assist in routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on farm equipment and machinery using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge Observe irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution across fields and greenhouses Support manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy loads, moving supplies, and setting up farm infrastructure while following safety protocols Feed Chickens, ducks and fish ponds Hurricane Lowell pickup debris Skills Interested in farming or agriculture with some knowledge of crop growing techniques and animal husbandry Must have good work attitude, listen and act on instructions and work as a team effectively Familiarity with farm animals safely and humanely Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in outdoor environments Knowledge of safety standards in production settings to maintain a secure work environment Strong outdoor work experience with the ability to adapt to varying weather conditions We are committed to supporting your growth through ongoing training opportunities while ensuring a safe and rewarding work experience.
