We have openings for those already experienced or those wanting to step in and learn the trade. It is essential you will be reliable, possess good work ethics and work well with others in a close-knit work environment. Being self motivated is important as often you will work independently. The position will be using and learning all aspects of horticulture.

Some some examples:

• Learn proficiency in irrigation systems and techniques
• lifting and operateing hand tools
• Watering plants and what to look for.
• Applying fertilizers
• Moving and spreading plants
• Trimming/pruning plants
• Maintenance of facility both in and around
• Planting plants as needed
• Weeding
• Spraying pesticides for weed,insect and disease control
• Bug Scouting(seeking problem pests) This position requires working in an indoor and outdoor environment daily .

A candidate must also be willing to work as a team member to control weeds and pests in, on and around our plants. We take pride in our plant quality and are searching for others who are like minded.

Pay:

$16.50
