Duties Assist with planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops using farm machinery and manual tools Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation Harvesting and packaging vegetables to fulfill our weekly orders Learn about growing mushrooms and maintaining a mushroom grow environment Taking care of all foodscapes and landscapes Follow safety standards in all production activities to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members Requirements Abilty to follow directions and follow company protocols Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and operating hand tools safely Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture techniques, greenhouse operations or growing experience is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping related to farm operations Experience with heavy equipment operation such as agricultural tractors or equine handling is desirable Good communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively within a team setting Join us in this vital role where your skills directly impact the growth of healthy vegtables and mushrooms.
