Job Description
This position is for an agricultural worker to assist with commercial farming operations. Tasks for this position will include, but not be limited to: field preparation, planting, spraying, maintenance and harvesting of commercial acres. This person would also be responsible for helping with mowing and putting up a small amount of hay. Experience in the agriculture field is desired. Obtaining a commercial pesticide applicators license or willing to obtain one is desired. Positive contributing qualities must include organizational skills, self motivation, a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, neat handwriting, and the willingness to learn. The ability to "switch gears" and work on a different task is a must, as the weather predicts our schedule. This person must be detailed oriented with the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting. This is a full time salaried position with pay based on experience/qualification; negotiable during interview.
