Job Description
We are looking for someone who has experience in farm production who is self motivated and willing to work as a team player. This person should have a strong background using farm equipment and basic commercial farming practices. Tasks include but not limited to field work, crop maintenance, harvesting, and hay production. Experience in the agriculture is desired, but willing to train the right person. Obtaining a commercial pesticide applicators license or willing to obtain one is required. Positive contributing qualities must include organizational skills, self motivation, a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the willingness to learn. The ability to "switch gears" and work on a different task is a must, as the weather predicts our schedule. This person must be detailed oriented with the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting. This is a full time salaried position with pay based on experience/qualification; negotiable during interview.
