Clinic Registered Nurse Shift:
Days:
Monday-Tuesday, 7a-5p, Wed. OFF, Thursday, 7a-5p, Friday 7a-4p Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing practices and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform critical nursing tasks such as suturing, catheterization, and phlebotomy. Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Document patient care activities accurately in EHR systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Requirements Current RN license in the state of Iowa Current BLS certification At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. This position requires a compassionate approach to patient care while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
