You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following: Oversee and participate in shop operations; welding, fabrication, hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting, engine work, tire service, etc. Track and schedule equipment maintenance Operate heavy farm machinery Manage inventory of tools, supplies and spare parts Budget for maintenance expenses, track metrics like downtime and repair costs Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades based on data-driven insights We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success.
