Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Farm Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Residential properties as well as farm infrastructure, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. Your expertise will help uphold safety standards, support animal care activities, and contribute to the overall efficiency of farm activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work Indoor as well as outdoors, utilizing your mechanical skills and hands-on experience to make a tangible impact. Duties Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on farm machinery, including tractors, irrigation systems, greenhouses, and other equipment using hand tools and power tools. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and agricultural tractors safely and efficiently Conduct welding and mechanical repairs on various farm structures and machinery to ensure durability and safety. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, equipment installation, general farm maintenance activities. Supervise or assist other team members in maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols related to outdoor work, heavy equipment operation. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with skills in equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and basic troubleshooting. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of safety standards related to farm operations, equipment use, livestock handling, and outdoor work environments. Be able to use Hand tools and power equipment have experience with remodeling/ residential repairs of all nature Must work well With others and maintain a clean worksite Must be honest and Take care of all company equipment, tools, and materials

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
