Grain Handling 1. Assist in unloading and loading grain by truck 2. Weigh, grade and measure grain 3. Prepare and load trucks in an approved manner for quality and quantity 4. Observe elevator conveying equipment and monitor dials, lights, switches and screens 5. Record grain moisture content before and after grain drying process Safety and Maintenance 1. Observe RCM Co-op, OSHA, state, and federal safety policies and regulations 2. Clean and maintain equipment, machinery and work area 3. Observe and listen for problems or equipment malfunctions 4. Inform supervisors of problems or equipment malfunctions 5. Perform or assist in routine maintenance and repairs 6. Be responsible for your safe work behavior and actions Customer Service 1. Greet customers promptly and courteously with a friendly smile and a hello 2. Work with customers to resolve issues and report complaints 3. Actively work to increase skills and knowledge 4. Thank customers for their business Requirements 1. Must be 18 years of age. 2. Much be able to comply with company drug test policy Other Duties 1. Uphold all RCM Co-op policies 2. Perform other duties as assigned

Pay:
