- Full-time The responsibilities of a Farmhand at Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group will be assisting general day-to-day farm operations.
At Epiphany Farms we emphasize finding the right person who understands the culture and mutual goals, and building the position around them so that each individual, as well as the company, can grow together. The farmhands' expectations can be divided into 3 different areas and the ideal candidate will know how to handle at least one or more focuses. All tasks will be overlapping and the whole team will be cross-trained to be able to perform necessary tasks on the farm. Animal husbandry focus/ fencing/ animal structure Heavy machinery/ tractor & attachment operations / maintenance / building construction Gardening focus / greenhouse / irrigation / harvest / washing & packaging / sales This is a full-time year-round position for the right candidate!

Requirements:
1 year of other regenerative farming experience is preferred 1 year of related experience (farming, landscaping, general laborer, etc.) required Must be able to operate heavy machine equipment such as tractor & zero-turn mower Experience in hay baling preferred Ability to build fencing and other farm structure is preferred Must have stable transportation and be able to commute to the farm Ability to communicate in
English Physical Requirements:
Able to walk and/or stand the entire shift Lift up to 50 lbs frequently or more as needed Can handle working in extreme outdoor weather conditions Able to execute repetitive motions Able to reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time
