Full-Time Job Summary EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to join our team. Key Responsibilities Support students with special education needs and help implement IEP goals. Provide one-on-one or small-group academic support to students. Monitor student behavior and encourage positive classroom conduct. Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and bulletin boards. Support students with personal care needs when required (e.g., toileting, feeding, mobility assistance). Communicate student concerns and progress to teachers and other educational staff. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Associate degree or college credits preferred (requirements vary by district/state). Paraprofessional certification or passing a ParaPro assessment may be required. Experience working with children in educational, childcare, behavioral, or special education settings.
