Job Description Our partner is looking for a Production Associate to join their team in Lincoln, IL . The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily cannabis production operations, with a primary focus on packaging cannabis gummies and vape products. This role involves accurately packaging, labeling, inspecting, and preparing finished products for distribution while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule / Pay
Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm Starting at $19/hr Responsibilities Package cannabis gummies and vape products according to company quality standards Label finished products accurately and prepare them for distribution Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and consistency Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for production runs Maintain production quotas while ensuring attention to detail Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), sanitation practices, and compliance regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production workspace Complete production logs and documentation as required Assist with inventory organization and material staging as needed Support additional production, packaging, and fulfillment duties as assigned Requirements Ability to obtain Cannabis Badge (fee's totalling $150-175 that are reimbursed after 90 days of employment) Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, food production, or cannabis preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain compliance standards Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain all required state cannabis licensing The United Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
