Outdoor Harvest Associate — Seasonal (October) Need some extra cash before the holidays? Our client — an established name in the cannabis industry — is hiring Outdoor Harvest Associates for a seasonal harvest run in Oglesby, IL this October. It's the perfect second job: evening hours that won't collide with your day gig, a few solid weeks of steady pay, and a running start on holiday spending — all while picking up hands-on experience in outdoor cannabis cultivation.

You're comfortable working as part of a crew, take direction well, and want to earn solid pay over a short, defined season — perfect if you're looking to stack up extra holiday cash without a long-term commitment. What You'll Do Assist with cutting, harvesting, and hauling plants from outdoor grow areas Handle harvested product carefully to protect quality and yield Support sorting, staging, and transport of harvested material to processing areas Follow all safety, sanitation, and state compliance procedures throughout the harvest Keep work areas organized and assist with general cleanup during and after shifts Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets What You'll Bring Willingness to do physical, outdoor labor during evening hours Reliability and punctuality for the full duration of the harvest season Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to obtain a Cannabis Agent Card Ability to pass a background check Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for a full shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier lifts assisted Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and evening/nighttime conditions Frequent, repetitive use of hands for cutting and handling plants Comfortable wearing required PPE (gloves, non-slip shoes, and other protective gear as necessary) Work Environment Outdoor work exposed to varying temperatures, weather, and evening/night conditions Exposure to soil, dust, pollen, and plant material Exposure to strong plant odors Exposure to equipment and field noise #IND1
