Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Farm Help and Truck Drivers. This role involves supporting farm operations and operating trucks to transport crops and supplies efficiently. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, responsible, punctual, and capable of handling both manual and automatic transmissions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic agricultural environment with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork. Duties Assist with various farm-related tasks, including planting, harvesting, and general maintenance as needed. Operate trucks to transport produce, equipment, and supplies between farm locations or to market destinations. Safely drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of trucks and equipment. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others. Show up on time daily and demonstrate responsibility in all assigned tasks. Skills Valid CDL A license with no restrictions preferred; must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
