Farm Equipment Operator Agricultural Service Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Farm Equipment Operator to join our agricultural service team. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating farm machinery and equipment to perform a variety of field and agricultural service operations for customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating agricultural equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to work extended hours during peak farming seasons. Key Responsibilities Operate tractors, combines, sprayers, planters, tillage equipment, grain carts, and other agricultural machinery. Perform planting, tillage, spraying, harvesting, grain handling, and other field operations as needed. Follow field maps, application instructions, and work orders accurately. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment. Identify mechanical issues and perform minor repairs when necessary. Communicate with supervisors regarding field conditions, equipment issues, and job progress. Safely transport equipment between fields and job locations. Maintain accurate records of hours, acres, loads, applications, and other job-related information.
