What You'll Do Support the daily care and maintenance of Fort Wayne's parks by assisting with horticulture and grounds work in a seasonal, outdoor role. Key Responsibilities Assist with mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, planting, and weeding Support greenhouse tasks and work with horticulture crews as assigned Perform general grounds work, litter removal, and basic janitorial upkeep Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and City vehicles Follow City safety policies and complete basic work records What You Bring
