Short-Term Contract Direct Hire Requirements:
Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Able to walk on uneven ground and hand-harvest corn Comfortable working in heat, mud, dust, rain, and varying weather conditions Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions Basic computer/iPad skills Able to work well independently and with a team Previous agricultural experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Field sampling, hand harvesting, sorting, scanning, weighing, inventory, sample processing, planting-related activities, and general field/facility support.
