Job Description

Production Operator -
Multiple Shifts Pay:
$16.50 - $18.00/hour
Shifts Available:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to operate automated assembly machines, pack products, and maintain high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety protocols and departmental guidelines. Perform detailed work and adhere to daily production schedules under supervisor direction. Operate, learn, and maintain production equipment. Identify and pull correct components for manufacturing processes. Conduct quality checks to detect defects before passing products along. Label products for shipment according to production orders. Complete tasks within standard labor time. Maintain a clean workspace throughout the shift and at the end of the day. Properly shut down equipment after work is completed. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Utilize manual and powered material handling equipment as needed. Use test and measuring tools. Handle chemicals safely, following all special handling requirements. Accurately maintain records. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (15 pounds overhead) and perform physical activities including bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and squatting throughout the shift.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience. Must pass background check and drug screen. #firstcallind
