Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Grower to oversee and optimize our cultivation operations. This dynamic role involves managing crop production, and ensuring the highest standards of plant health and growth. As a key driver of our cultivation success, you will implement best practices in an indoor growing environment, utilizing your expertise in irrigation systems, pest management, and horticultural techniques. Your leadership will inspire innovation, uphold safety standards, and promote sustainable farming practices to produce premium crops. Duties Execute daily planting, harvesting, and maintenance tasks efficiently Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all cultivation activities to ensure consistency and quality Oversee irrigation management, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of irrigation systems to optimize water use and crop health Monitor crop growth closely through plant identification skills and regular inspections to detect pests, diseases, or deficiencies early Implement integrated pest management strategies to control pests and plant pests effectively while minimizing chemical use Maintain detailed records of crop cycles, environmental conditions, pest control measures, and harvest data for continuous improvement Skills Extensive experience in hydroponic cultivation with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Proficiency in irrigation systems management and agricultural environmental control systems Knowledge of indoor crop production techniques Mechanical knowledge related to hand tools, irrigation equipment, and indoor farming eq and lighting for installation, troubleshooting and repairs Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations in crop planning Experience managing horticultural teams with strong leadership skills to motivate productivity and teamwork Join us as a Lead Grower to cultivate excellence in every plant we nurture.
