Grain Handler / Truck Dumper Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring Grain Handler / Truck Dumper workers for a local agricultural company in the grain industry! We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working around grain, trucks, equipment, and an industrial/agricultural environment. Agricultural, farming, grain handling, trucking, production, or general industrial experience is a strong plus. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable working outdoors, and is not afraid of heights or working around large trucks and equipment.

Pay:

$20 p/h

PM Night Shift:

7:30 PM-7:30 AM Responsibilities Assist with receiving and handling incoming grain. Direct and assist trucks as they enter and leave the grain facility. Help with truck dumping and grain unloading operations. Monitor grain flow and equipment during loading and unloading. Perform general grain elevator and facility duties as assigned. Work safely around large trucks, grain handling equipment, conveyors, and other machinery. Climb ladders, stairs, platforms, and work at elevated heights when required. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and instructions. Work as part of a team to keep grain operations moving efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous agricultural, farming, grain, manufacturing, production, trucking, or industrial experience is preferred. Comfortable working around large trucks and heavy equipment. Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders/stairs. Able to work outside and in changing weather conditions. Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift. Strong attention to safety. Reliable attendance and dependable work history. Able to follow directions and work independently when needed. Willingness to learn grain elevator operations.
