Job Description

Perform routine livestock care activities, including feeding and watering animals, monitoring animal health and behavior, assisting with calving, administering vaccinations and other basic animal health treatments as directed, and reporting signs of illness or injury. Assist with handling and moving livestock during routine herd management activities, including weaning calves, sorting and preparing cow-calf pairs for summer grazing, and developing replacement breeding heifers. Help move feed, hay bales, and other farm materials. Maintain temporary cattle fencing to support rotational grazing and livestock movement. Clean and maintain livestock facilities, equipment, feeding areas, and work sites to promote safe and efficient farm operations.

Beef Cattle. No CDL required and no commercial truck driving required. employer provided House; 3 bedrooms; 5 beds; accommodates 5 people. Employer will house worker and family. The employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and provide reimbursement upon arrival at the farm for all inbound and outbound transportation at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved.
