5 Lawrence, KS Job Details Temporary | Seasonal 4 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description To apply you must be at least18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Responsibilities may encompass a variety of tasks related to turf maintenance, landscape services, irrigation systems, and horticultural activities for city parks and other public landscape areas. This role may involve operating power mowers and other landscape maintenance equipment. General labor duties may include tasks such as litter collection, weeding, care for flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as mulching landscaped areas. Additional responsibilities may also involve watering plants, handling hoses, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Familiarity with plant materials is preferred. General work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Successful candidates must pass a background check.
