Part-time Join Our Team Gerhardt Fencing & Landscaping is looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team on a part-time basis. We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience working with residential and/or commercial irrigation systems and can confidently assist with troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installations. If you're dependable, knowledgeable, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system issues Repair and replace sprinkler heads, valves, lines, and other irrigation components Perform irrigation system maintenance and adjustments Assist with new irrigation and sprinkler system installations Test systems and identify leaks, pressure issues, and other problems Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers Operate tools and equipment safely Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed Qualifications Previous irrigation/sprinkler system experience is required Experience diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems Knowledge of sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, piping, and related components Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently when needed Dependable and able to show up on time Comfortable performing physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Valid driver's license preferred Pay $15-$28 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Candidates with strong irrigation troubleshooting, repair, installation, or system-management experience may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.
