A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Limestone Legacy Feedlot is located south of Soldier and west of Holton in Jackson County, Kansas. General daily duties to ensure the safety and well-being of the cattle. Daily feeding and water supply checks will be a priority. Communicate with co-workers and feedlot manager daily. Monitor and assist movement of cattle at the feedlot as needed. Safely and efficiently make sure cattle are cared for and have the basic needs to continue to grow in that environment. Use your experience to help avoid or to reduce stress for the cattle in the lot to maintain good health for the herd, and to promote wellness and help control unwanted movement of pens. General farm maintenance and care of facilities.Note:
