Mulching Full Job Description Horticulturist/Landscape Maintenance Salary Range:
$18
  • $22/hour

Do you have a passion for gardening and a knack for keeping things looking sharp? We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Horticulturist to join our team and help us maintain the beautiful grounds of our exclusive properties.
Responsibilities:
Planting, pruning, and weeding: You'll be responsible for helping keep our residential and commercial properties looking their best. This includes but is not limited to pruning existing plants and shrubs, weeding landscape beds, annual plantings and arrangements and mulching. Knowledge of plants and proper plant care. Keeping up with the latest trends: We want our grounds to look modern, stylish and manicured, so you'll need to stay up-to-date on the latest landscaping trends.
Qualifications:
Experience in plant knowledge can supersede education.
Experience in grounds maintenance:
While not required, experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus.
Strong work ethic:
You'll be working outdoors in all kinds of weather, so you need to be able to handle physical labor and be willing to get your hands dirty.
Teamwork skills:
You'll be working with a team of other groundskeepers, so you need to be able to communicate effectively and collaborate to get the job done.
Problem-solving skills:
When things go wrong, you'll need to be able to think on your feet and come up with solutions.
