Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for the Fall Festival season. As a Farm & Greenhouse Assistant, you will play a key role in preparing the farm for the festival, assisting visitors, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. This position is perfect for those who love the fall season and enjoy working in a lively, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Festival Setup:
Assist with the setup and decoration of festival areas, including pumpkin patches, hayrides, and activity stations.
Customer Service:
Greet visitors, provide information about festival activities, and assist with any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Pumpkin Picking:
Help manage the pumpkin picking area, including guiding visitors, monitoring pumpkin availability, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Farm Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the farm clean and organized, including trash removal, tidying up activity areas, and restocking supplies.
Activity Assistance:
Support various festival activities such as hayrides, corn mazes, and craft stations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
