Job Description
Minerich Land & Cattle Co. is a thriving cow-calf operation located in Richmond, KY. We take pride in maintaining high standards of land management and herd care, and we are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Farm Hand / Machinery Operator to assist with daily farm maintenance, equipment operation, and livestock care. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently, communicates effectively, and operates seamlessly as part of a crew. Key Responsibilities Safe and proficient operation of heavy farm equipment, including tractors, mowers, and implements. Assisting with daily cattle management and care for our cow-calf operation. Performing routine farm maintenance, fence repairs, and general pasture care. Working independently on assigned daily tasks while collaborating with the team for larger projects.
