A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description

Full Time Groom position at a Large Thoroughbred Farm in Versailles.
Responsibilities include:
daily care of horses, daily barn/farm chores, assisting with veterinary and farrier work. Idea candidate will have prior experience handling mares, foals and weanlings and be reliable and hard working. Horse experience is required. Horse experience must be seen on resume and must be willing to provide contact information for a reference. 6 days a week, hours 7 am to 4pm. Hourly wage reflective of experience. Benefits offered.
