The Hourly Broiler Farm Labor employee assists with the daily operations of a poultry Broiler farm. Responsibilities include collecting supporting animal welfare standards, performing sanitation tasks, and ensuring compliance with company biosecurity and safety requirements. This position requires physical labor in a farm environment and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete required production records and paperwork. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of broiler property, equipment, and work areas. Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep. Ensure proper ventilation and environmental conditions within poultry houses. Collect and properly dispose of deceased birds according to company procedures. Follow all animal welfare, biosecurity, food safety, and workplace safety policies. Support additional farm operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.
