We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cranberry Field Crew Worker to support daily operations and help our team through seasonal and year-round tasks.

Job Summary:

The Cranberry Field Crew Worker will work closely with the Foreman and management team to assist in farm operations, and help ensure the efficiency and productivity of all cranberry farming activities. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, equipment operation, and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety. 40-60 hrs/wk, shift start 6am.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily cranberry farming operations, including planting, maintenance, irrigation, frost protection, sanding, and harvesting. Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems. Follow all safety protocols and farm regulations. Assist with inventory management, including fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment parts. Support general maintenance of farm buildings, machinery, and irrigation systems. Work with the Foreman to implement best farming practices and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or a related field, preferably with cranberries preferred, but not required Strong communication skills. Experience operating and maintaining farm equipment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions. Understanding of irrigation systems, pest control, and crop maintenance. Valid driver's license preferred but not required (CDL a plus, but not required). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
