This position supports propagation, cloning, transplanting, vegetative plant care, irrigation, pruning and training, sanitation, plant movement, and preparation of plants for scheduled transfer into flowering production. Responsibilities include:
Identify and organize plants scheduled to transition into flowering. Verify plant counts and variety assignments before movement. Prepare plants through pruning and structural training before flower. Assist with final plant spacing and organization. Move plants safely from vegetative areas into designated flower zones. Coordinate with the Flower team during scheduled population activities. Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and sanitize grow areas as required. Maintain organized cultivation supplies and work areas. Follow established biosecurity and sanitation procedures. Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of cultivation areas throughout the facility. Production Responsibilities Earth Cannabis operates a continuous production cultivation schedule requiring new plants to move through propagation, vegetative production, and into flowering on a recurring basis. The Veg team is responsible for maintaining this pipeline. Missing a cloning, transplanting, or flower-population deadline can affect production several weeks later.
