Schedule:

Sunday -Wednesday, 7:30 am - 6:30 pm The Trim Technician is responsible for all duties related to the harvest, trim and curing/drying of the cannabis plants in our facilities. Duties performed include hand trimming, maintaining harvesting equipment, harvesting plants, handling post-harvest plants, and processing cannabis waste. The Trim Technician reports directly to the Post-Harvest Managers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to take and follow directions.
• Must be able to work with a team as well as be independently motivated.
• Manicure a minimum of 1 pound in a 10-hour shift consistently, by the end of the first 90 days.
• Ensure that work areas are clean and always maintained to the standards of the company as well as CCC requirements.
• Ensure that end products conform to quality and quantity standards of the company.
• Must be accountable and reliable.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the lead and/or managers. #ENGHP Salary $18 - $20 USD per hour Required Skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Good verbal and written skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer operating skills
• Basic math skills Possess close visual acuity for viewing screens and fine print.
• Must adhere to the MA. CCC hiring guidelines Must be able to:
• sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
• bend at the waist, kneel, crouch to access equipment
• lift and carry up to 50lbs.
