You'll be: Performing production assembly work on light electro-mechanical operations with close attention to detail, following established manufacturing procedures Reading and working from blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, sketches, and both written and verbal instructions Assembling RF Generators and configuring externally produced components to meet customer specifications Manufacturing PCBAs, cable assemblies, cable harnesses, and power supplies Undertaking fault diagnosis and promoting continuous improvement by sharing observations with manufacturing engineering, quality, and design teams Aligning with Health and Safety and 6S Lean principles within the manufacturing department Participating in cross-training and potentially training others within the department Working with limited supervision and following both written and verbal directives This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions (required) Can read and understand blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and written procedures in English (required) Possess effective communication skills Are able to operate machinery such as soldering irons, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools Have soldering experience (at least three positions require this; one can be focused on mechanical assembly only) Are comfortable with hands-on skill assessments as part of the interview process What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
