About the Company Untill is an agricultural technology company that develops automated vertical farming technology. We currently operate our patented technology through a commercial farm in Hudson, MA, growing pesticide-free leafy greens year-round and delivering fresh, local produce at competitive market pricing — not as a niche premium product. Job Overview Untill is seeking a Vertical Farmer to grow and monitor indoor hydroponic crops, collect data, and report observations. The Vertical Farmer will work closely with the operations team to ensure equipment and growing towers receive timely maintenance and repairs. What You'll Do Grow and monitor indoor hydroponic crops Perform cultivation related tasks such as mixing stock solutions, pest scouting, maintaining accurate inventory of supplies, and keeping accurate and up-to-date logs of crop growing activities Collect data and report observations on crop health and growth Partner with the operations team to keep equipment and growing towers maintained and repaired Understand and follow written procedures Safely operate farm equipment, including seeders, harvesters, and lifts Physically lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Participate in the on-call rotation for farm emergencies What We're Looking For Authorization to work in the US Ability to commute to the Hudson, MA farm Ability to participate in the on-call rotation for responding to farm emergencies Ability to lift 50 lbs. and safely operate farm equipment Experience with plants and/or hydroponics is a plus, but not required Must be willing to submit to the guidelines of our Drug & Substance Abuse Policy•
Compensation & Benefits Pay:

Despite marijuana's legality in Massachusetts, the same zero-tolerance rules apply due to safety concerns and federal law, meaning on-site impairment or reporting to work impaired can result in immediate dismissal even for registered medical marijuana patients — though accommodations may be considered outside of safety-sensitive roles.
